    The item was packaged perfectly and arrived on time. The problem i have is the seller, I noticed the screw to hold the battery was just turning freely upon inspection found the cover was held down by glue. I asked the seller why this wasn't in the description, he told me the glue was from factory (this train was made in 2009(glue don't last that long) he then accused me of breaking it and wanting a refund(this was not the case), I was fairly happy with the purchase just this minor problem.

    This buyer has broken the toy by taking it apart by brute force.They have pulled apart factory glue. I offered them a return from the outset. They decided to continue to insinuate that I have been disingenuous. I have no idea why I have been left negative feedback when I offered a return despite the fact they had broken the item, even saying they were fairly happy with the purchase!
