    Curate's egg - good in parts

    The audio content in this set is superb, even the old ropey bits, but the video stuff. Oh dear, much of it is poor video quality, almost unwatchable in places. The two Barbet Schroeder movies have no subtitles and The Committee short film is a jerky transfer that has not been corrected for UK viewing. Then the biggest insult is that you get everythingf TWICE - standard DVD and then Blu-ray. No wonder it costs an arm and a leg! Buy the movies in their new BFI editions, keep the audio CDs (they're great) and ignore the rest!
