"Help with hot flashes - thankful"
I think all Gaia products are good quality but for me they are also expensive. I only take them if they really help me. This Gaia Womans Balance is helping me with the hot flashes & maybe a bit with the "hot flash attitude". You have to take them for a while before they start to help. The hot flashes are not completely gone but I definitely have fewer of them so I will continue to take it. I'd say I now have less than half of what I had and the ones I have are not as severe as they were before.
