When it arrived i sent it straight back. They hadnt even bothered cleaning the dust off the outside and all the flip down flaps was full of dirt and dust so no way even been refurbed at all and if the have not bothered to simply blow it off then they surely had not cleaned inside the fan, hes was gouges not scratches and the handle area was cracked on both sides. Complete waste of my time.
