    Good game

    Though the premise of the game is simple enough : find big bad monster and defeat it, the game offers a complexity that remains easy to get a handle on and the more you get into hunter mode, the more enjoyable I found the game. For different weapons to armor crafted from your hunts, it is enjoyable and I have looked forward to returning to the new world at the end of the day.

    Hype good

    Way too much to do. Game play is not easy. Fighting nearly impossible. Monsters very very very hard to kill right from the start. Can't get passed second monster. Upgrading of equipment very convoluted. Using Palacio, cat companion, again not easy. Could not be more disappointed with a game. Waste of money, will sit in the drawer forever.

    Not a fan

    Barely any narrative. Grinding a necessity and makes the game redundant. Battles are even slower than souls/bloodborne. Possibly most overrated game I had ever played.

    My intro to the series, and it's great.

    Excellent game, new to the MH series but i'm loving it. Its a repatitive cycle of killing monster to upgrade, but with that title what do you expect?
