The only perfectly working video doorbell I had so far (I tried few of them)
I am from Slovakia and I bought because I wanted to see whose at door on my nest hub display and it works like a charm. I tried cheaper options from china around 100€, but it was nowhere near the functionality of this device. It just works grate also phone notifications are great. To sum it up its worth the price. P.S. i am using it with the power adapter instead of chime as I dont have a chime in my home and there was no issue at all with it. Recommended! Only downside I see is a Nest aware subscription, which is not that bad at 5€ per month, but what I dont like is that it is not for all your Nest devices, but only for one and you must subscribe for each device if you want recording. This should change NEST, I wanted to invest in more Nest cambers, but because of that I am not buying ... After the initial frustrating set up ( if the qr code doesn't work for u try the manual set up. We tried for an hour convinced we had been sold a dud but then we realized the manual set up function works a treat) the door bell is brilliant! Like everything about it. The clarity of the daytime video, night time video is good too. The selection of "person" only stops my phone getting a notification everyone a branch moves. Excellent smart doorbell
Really clear images and great functionality via the Nest Android app. Detects motion, sound or 'person' really well and we're fine without the Nest Aware subscription... Expensive but high end. If you don't have a pre-existing powered chime setup, you will need to buy a seperate mains power cable, approx £14
