    Details are everywhere

    Sam Peckinpah gives attention to details in all his films. A fine example of this is seeing closeup shots, you can see where he has lowered the door frame in the back ground for stunning visual affects. I don't believe he ever produced a film in or under budget. Its all in the details. Stellar cast in all his films and has a following. Sam and his work is much more appreciated today than in his career time. Most all films are memorable. This collection includes many awards: nominations and wins. The High Country is one of my personal favorites. Not your typical westerns. These are pre Eastwood director.
