Me ne scuso. Ma non voglio lasciarlo scontento del suo acquisto per cui sono a proporle di rifonderle l'intero importo da lei pagato e spese di sped. già pagate da lei,e quelle che pagherà per il ritorno a me, se mi riinvia la stampa nel tubo che ho usato io.
