      What a bargain. Our mattress was brand new it just had a slight scuff mark due to a previous delivery. Although they did take a bit of time to get reply, the customer service team were absolutely fantastic and answered any queries I had. Delivery drivers were polite and helpful. I do have a slight negative to finish off with. The advertised delivery time is just a few days. This wasn't the case and I wasn't expecting that. I was happy with 2-3 weeks though. Thank you for a great service.

      Beautiful chair at half the price, what’s not to like? Well, maybe the delivery estimate, as delivery was longer than advertised on the eBay listing, but they did email me to tell me so. Would have been nicer if they had quoted the correct delivery time in the listing as it was a gift.
