At first glance a story that appears to revolve around a Concord may seem dated, but it isn't. DeMille has a way to show how similar the two religions are and that there may some day be peace in that region. Maybe. There is some great history woven into the story. Not so much that it feels like a lesson, but enough that makes it very enjoyable. Those familiar with Corey or Brenner can see some of the wit and wise cracking, but it hasn't been fully developed at this point. Good read!
