    Board represented as fully functional, however, I never could get it to boot consistently. He also provided a power supply which i used, but still totally inconsistent boot - I think it may have booted twice in 30 or 40 tries. Board and purchased as a replacement for a 659 which had the boot loop problem. Should have been a quick swap and ready to go. But - non functional.

    Board was fully functional at the time of shipping. Through our messages it sounds like you initially tested it with a wrong physical configuration, which could cause it to break.
