    Ordered a set of side skirts from them — they arrived ‘damaged,’ or to be precise, rusty straight out of the box. I sent photos immediately, but their customer service must run on a ‘reply once a week’ policy, because every response took 4–5 days. So, if you’re considering buying from them, do yourself a favour and avoid the headache — unless, of course, you enjoy receiving rusty parts and dealing with customer service slower than dial-up internet.

    They messaged us initially over a bank holiday period when we do not work, buyer expects us to work 24/7 apparently? Claimed there was damage but already had fitted them? Strange. Why would you knowingly fit a damaged item? We asked for more photos to which they declined and demanded a refund, we reiterated our need for some images of the alleged issues but none were forthcoming so left a last message saying can only move forward on that, then nothing. Can't help if buyer won't message.
