They were able to successfully upgrade my XTS5000 from R05.05.01 to R20.50.10. I had concerns because of the horror stories about radios being bricked but they did a fantastic job! Great communication, the process of sending the radio was simple, the price very reasonable and the radio was returned packaged extremely well. You won't find a better price.
