When I received a message from Evri saying it had been delivered and it clearly hadn’t I contacted them only to be told my postcode was not associated with that parcel and I should contact the seller. I contacted the seller and I have to say their response has been superb immediately issuing a refund whilst they ‘chase’ Evri. So whilst very disappointed with the outcome, the seller’s customer service has been excellent, 5 stars.

Unfortunately, the coat rack went missing in transit - the courier claimed to have delivered it but it didn't turn up. I informed the seller, but unfortunately the parcel could not be traced and there was no replacement available. I really cannot fault the way Unique Home Furniture dealt with this - they were quick to launch an inquiry and equally prompt in issuing a refund. So they still get five stars, even though I didn't get my coat rack.
