      A diet that works !!!!!

      A great book for anyone that has intestinal health issues. The diet has helped my son tremendously with his IBD issue as he is no longer is on any meds. The diet in this book has made all the difference in his current health. It takes time and discipline to follow the diet but it's worth it for a lifetime of good health.

      A must for all people dealing with intestinal health issues.

      I've seen the results of this diet in a friend's little girl. She followed it religiously when diagnosed with intestinal issues at a young age. By the time she was a teenager, she was able to eat anything, takes no meds, and is a healthy, athletic young woman. Had to have my own copy.
