Received £15 partial refund, had option of returning but too much hassle - they did offer this though, to be clear. Think they need to review their phone grading services or take better care when grading as this was not hard to miss. Otherwise fine and good customer service, quick delivery and well packaged item to be fair to them!! Would still recommend.
