BELIEVE tells the fictional story of how a chance meeting upon the streets of Manchester between a working class kid, Georgie, and legendary Manchester United manager Sir Matt Busby, would create a magical partnership. After Georgie picks BusbyÆs pocket, the aging legend is inspired by the rebellious childÆs precocious footballing talent and desperate need for guidance to come out of retirement and coach GeorgieÆs youth team all the way to the upcoming Manchester Junior Football League Cup. Along the way, Busby hopes to inspire these aimless lads to follow their dreams, while they give him the chance to confront the ghosts of his past, the young Busby Babes who died in the Munich Plane Disaster. BELIEVE is a touching, heartfelt film that will delight and inspire in equal measure.
