I explained this to the seller and asked for a partial refund of £6.50 for the inconvenience or I could return it as it is not as described. The seller kindly and promptly obliged with a partial refund. I would say the packaging could have been better as the item was not bubble wrapped. Cut up polystyrene does more damage than good in transit. As the seller sorted out the problem to my satisfaction, I would recommend.
