    The delicate item was extremely well padded with lots of bubble wrap, placed in a plastic bag then into a secure box. I was emailed when item was posted which was very prompt and I received the item very quickly. It was very exciting opening the parcel and I was not disappointed the cloisonne swan was as described in fact more beautiful in person when you could see all the detail. I think it was very good value.
