You concluded it is a scam because you were impatient and refused to understand what is going on and also because you do not want to return the item that was wrongly dispatched to your address. Regarding what you bought from us that was not delivered, the claim history has a detailed response from us. We acknowledged royal mail lost the item and we asked that you would let us know when you were back in the country to send a new item to you. You did not. We have done our bit.
