I contacted the seller to give feedback and was told it would have cost £27 for shipping in a box. I order a lot of larger orders of paint and the shipping cost is below £5. So hard to believe. At no time did I say that P&P would be £27. In good faith, I offered a £5 refund. After 4 days without a reply, I duly refunded the £5 via eBay. Unbelievably you even complained about that.
