    I was looking forward to this boxed 4th edition Pippa arriving And I understood by the pictures the clear plastic had detached top and bottom from the box But when she arrived the screen was detached elsewhere and dirt covered the interior I pulled the inner card out it was covered in dirt, I gently cleaned the limbs but some marks remained She needs a spa day but that takes the newness away with a boxed doll Disappointed and seller wasn’t to bothered she sold it for a friend

    I think that this buyer was looking for a partial refund because they paid more than they intended to. The damage to the box was fully described. The doll had never been removed from the (open to the air ) box. Any dust that got inside was a by product of the detached plastic window on the box. She was not 'dirty' just dusty.
