Goods were damaged. base board on one unit folded in. the one containing the light fitting socket. contacted the seller. said he'd send a replacement board. haven't seen it yet. get what you pay for. also no vat receipt. the units are good value but the fact we'd got damage is annoying. all goods should be brand new undamaged on arrival. this is the problem with remote purchases. too many cheap clumsy independent couriers.Reply from: hr008200- Feedback replied to by seller hr008200.- Feedback replied to by seller hr008200.Right , damaged in transit , nothing we can do rather than what we done , w done a lot - spent lots of money for a pallet delivery , spent lots in packaging , blue foam angles , corrugated ,bubbles , hardboard etc etc , I’m sure second to none packaging from all sides .The couriers behaviour is not I’m power power and it’s a third party business . Plinths ARe being replaced, Vat invoice in my hands they did not provided an email. That’s describes everything .
