Packaging was okay, just a bunch of cards thrown in a box with a little bubble wrap. Most of the cards were NOT real cards and a lot of them were stuck together with some sort of mystery ooze. I was offered a partial refund which I accepted. I would say they were not as described. But all in all it was good value, good customer service and I finished the experience okay with the result.

In this instance one of the pots arrived with a broken handle despite the very secure packing by salvos staff which is attributed to Auspost but they offered reasonable refund and highly recommended their communication and service.
