Seller notes: “Amazing original condition. The original golden "Pie-Pan" crosshair dial is clean, with black and ... “Amazing original condition. The original golden "Pie-Pan" crosshair dial is clean, with black and gold batons, hands, and a date window, as well as a sweeping seconds hand. The crystal is clean and appears brand new. The original gold-engraved (with logo) Omega crowns correctly control the hands and manually wind the watch (the automatic wind also works well). The date aperture (to 3 o'clock) rolls over at midnight as it should, while having a quick change option (by flicking the hour hands between the 9 and 12 batons). The gold-plating of the case, lugs, original (thick) bezel, original crown and original buckle is in great shape. The steel screwback case has the (solid gold) iconic "Observatory" logo engraved on the original medallion, synonymous with vintage Constellations. The chronometer movement is the most elite, keeping perfect time (see timegrapher, penultimate photo). The genuine brown leather strap is new. The original box is included (loose hinges) and is in good condition.”
