Was given the run around by seller and over 11 messages and three investigations by eBay: finally refunded my money. 0/10 for service. All excuses given but all were incorrect. Seller has liability for returned items and payment of postage. Not mine, not Hermes and he promised to refund as a stalling tactic. Was told by the seller "Jesus, it was only £25".
