They then agreed to send a clear one, I believe they then found out that all the dispensers where wrongfully packed. Even in the box the picture is of a white dispenser nit black…. I had no images and just presumed you had the correct item as it was advertised black and that is what you received. I have apologised and given you a full refund and also given you the product free of charge.
