    A MUST have cook book!

    Beautifully written, lush with history and and compelling recipes. The carefully written and illustrated recipes are clear and easy to follow. Not only are you making delicious and surprising food, you are being informed as to the journey the particular recipe took. This makes for much more than mere recipe following and brings a deeper pleasure in making and serving these foods. This is a very special book. Thank you Niloufer.
