    The cards I got are new and as described. Shipping times are a very rough estimate to the US; my purchase was from before the seller massively increased shipping costs to my neck of the woods. If you're in Europe you shouldn't be as bad off, as the seller is based in Lithuania. All that said, the seller's communication was excellent and patient.
