Seller claimed they had no internet but I do not believe this. Told me at the same time that they cannot send it and have to give me a refund because they found out the postage was more expensive than they thought. They seemed to have been able to get to the post office to check this and also get a quote from the eBay system to check the postage fee (which requires an internet connection). Unbelievable.
