    One of the speakers has a rattling, loose element inside. The speakers arrived with no volume knobs! The stands are unusable, with the packaging being so poor that when I collected them from the post office, being metal, they had torn through the cardboard packaging losing the vital spikes that make the stands usable. I asked for replacement knobs and spikes and have been refused. I have been told it is my fault. Avoid this seller! This is due to the poor packaging tearing through thin cardboard

    You were offered a refund or partial refund from first contact and instructed not to pick up the second parcel from the post office so it could be returned. You didn't reply to the offer to resolve the issue and proceeded to pick up the second parcel anyway after approximately two weeks. Two days after youpicked up the second parcel and after i followed up with you for a second time, you claimed that the parcle had damaged packaging and there were parts missing. You didnt provide proof.
