Shipping was very fast they shipped same day the package got lost in the mail for a day or 2 but that had nothing to do with the seller lol. But when that happened they replyed back with in minutes and stayed in touch until the package was recovered. Over all great experience and will definitely purchase from them again

They destroyed the shipping box and had to put it inside of a plastic bag with an apology printed on it. Thankfully the seller wrapped the item with bubble wrap that protects against being smashed and run over by the usps handling gorillas❗BTW it also to a vacation to Honolulu Hawaii too. I missed in the pictures that it was missing the entire bell mount so, there is no way to mount an instrument. Still a great tripod, no regrets.
