The packaging consisted of plastic wrap and the item arrived damaged. When I reached out to the seller, responded that he wasn't accepting a return and to "sit back and relax, lady". eBay had to step in to force a resolution. Miserable experience from a disreputable seller.Reply from: rjhaag05- Feedback replied to by seller rjhaag05.- Feedback replied to by seller rjhaag05.AVOID buyer! Buyer bought 250ft of wire. It arrived and the spoil of wire was bent but the wire was in perfect condition. Buyer is rude from the beginning and sends me pictures of the item where it clearly shows its the correct item and there is nothing wrong with it. Proceeds t tell me I should be ashamed of myself and that it is the incorrect item. I show them its the correct item and they say they will get eBay involved. eBay has not gotten involved.
