    I'm delighted with the item. Am working on getting it going again. All the bits I expected to be working are working, so it's a worthwhile project. It was pretty poorly packed but it managed to get here without damage, thanks to being put in a Dell carry case, which was nice to receive as a bonus. Very pleased overall and I'm fairly confident I can get it working again. Thanks. I recommend the seller, though I'd ask him to be careful with the packing if you are buying something delicate.

    Thanks for the positive feedback, however I disagree with the claim that item was 'poorly packed'. The laptop was placed inside the original carry case, and that was place inside a cardboard box. More than adequate I'm sure (I have sold 1.2k+ items with never any reported damage, so I'm confident I know how to package items securely). Regards.
