But this was NOTHING to do with the seller, Envi some how managed to lose the parcel, I was sent a tracking number very quickly after the purchase and tracked the item to the depot but after that the parcel never materialised. I contacted the seller and there response was second to none I can't fought them. After about a week the seller offered me a refund which was processed immediately. Thank you.
