The packaging was excellent, it was wrapped 3x and there was no damage. It arrived 2 days after purchase, earlier than promised. No smell at all.     EXACTLY as described. Soft and BEAUTIFUL. Very REASONABLY PRICED. Mycony gets my HIGHEST PRAISE and thanks. I will make every effort to buy from them again. MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. Packaging strong and secure: rolled, tied, boxed, with box wrapped tightly in heavy plastic. Rug itself squeaky clean. Cleaning solution sprayed on, then wiped off with a white towel turned up no trace of dirt. (This done at a professional carpet washing/repair/storage company.) Rug got an A+ check-up.
