    Seller is pleasant, efficient, and hassle-free. Packing was careful and exemplary. Books are very heavy, being reference volumes with clay-coated stock, so care in packing mattered! Each book was individually wrapped in a heavy-duty bubble mailer, the two books were then boxed in a sturdy box of correct size with adequate padding, and that box was then carefully packed into a larger box. The books were exactly as described and arrived undamaged. Would buy from again!!! Highly Recommended!
