      The photo of the dispenser was clear which I wanted. The seller sent me a black one …. No use to me. They then agreed to send a clear one, I believe they then found out that all the dispensers where wrongfully packed. Even in the box the picture is of a white dispenser nit black…. They agreed to refund me, but a couple of days later refused a refund… very poor customer service service and it’s against the law…..

      As discussed with you via previous communication. I had no images and just presumed you had the correct item as it was advertised black and that is what you received. I have apologised and given you a full refund and also given you the product free of charge. I feel this negative feed back unfair as you have received a full refund and been able to keep the product and would kindly ask you to amend the feed back.
