      When I received my item, I could tell it was packed with care, and was shipped securely. In spite of that, the ornament was in two pieces when i removed it from the protective case. I messaged with the seller, who was very kind and responsive. I told her that I wanted to keep the item and was going to repair it. Without me asking for it, she offered me a 100% refund. I told her that since I planned to keep it, I did not think it was fair to her, and we agreed upon a 50% refund. A+++ seller
