    I got this for a really good price, new high quality OEM Oriental Motors Variable Speed Motor Controller, some assembly required. Knowledge of electrical theory and practical application experience is necessary to keep you out of trouble when installing, you don't want to let the "magic smoke" out of the little box, it's very hard to put it back in. Seriously though, this does come with an instruction sheet and if you have a good grasp of electrical, it isn't hard to install/replace this item.
