    Problems occur from time to time, and the measure of success is how they are dealt with. Something had happened to the large integrated microwave/oven unit we received - conceivably before it arrived at their warehouse - so when we unpacked the appliance there was damage to the door hinge and inner door; clearly we didn’t want to accept it in this condition and got in contact with the supplier. They responded immediately, and we had the replacement unit two days later. Great 5-Star service :-)
