    This was a costly addition to my book collection, but I was given a very good special offer by this seller, that I could not refuse. Post was alot, but that is always the case with postage from USA to Australia. The cash rate doesn't help. However I am thrilled with this purchase. It was as described. Possibly packaging could have been a bit better as the front cover arrived with a couple of very small dents. Not sure if it was before post or during.
