need more detail on content and shorten authors' names
I was new to collecting Red Wing pottery and first saw a used guide book on ebay (alttle outdated) and bid on it and and won. Then I saw another new book that I thought by it's picture was a DIFFERENT guide book and won it; only to find that it was the exact same book - only newer! I tried to resell the new one on ebay but had no luck. So now I am the owner of a new and older Red Wing collector's price guide and no longer collect Red Wing pottery.I was new to collecting Red Wing pottery and first saw a used guide book on ebay (alttle outdated) and bid on it and and won. We have several copies of this book. We recently bought the 2006 updated price guide of the book. We take it with us whenever we go to auctions AND we also use it when looking at items on ebay. We know the prices are not exact to our area of the country but it gives us a good idea of what the various items in the book are worth now-acccording to the experts. It also helps us with the history of Red Wing pottery, dating items, understanding what the various marks on the pottery are, the dates the pottery was made, what to look for etc.We have several copies of this book.
