The first one arrived in an opened and re-packed box, and was damaged. The seller replaced the item promptly, but this one was also damaged and in a re-packed box. The third one to arrive, was in new, un-opened packaging, but sadly was also damaged. Seller agreed to provide an alternative item at a small discount, but I suffered a lot of wasted time and effort.
