I was pleasantly surprised when the press arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately on opening the press it was not the one that I ordered however this was sorted very quickly and the right one was then sent out and still arrived before I expected the first one. The customer service was excellent and they answered questions I had quickly. The actual heat press pressure seems a little uneven but this may because it is a clam press. Overall I am happy with my purchase for the price I paid.

Good value works well
I was a bit unsure on quality of the press but it has performed really well for what I need it for. The instructions on altering the time and temp were not that clear. I have managed to set it for now may have to find further instructions on how to change settings.

Cap press.
We got this as an emergency spare. Value for money 100%. Quick heat up time and the caps fit perfectly. The settings are super easy. If you are looking for a heavy duty cap press this is not for you but if youre a hobbyist or looking for good back up this will do perfectly. Delivery was 24hrs and tracked. packaged very well. Value for money 10 out of 10.

Amazing quality for the price!
I can't believe the quality of this product for the price. We rarely print caps so we thought we'd just buy a cheap one. It will pay for itself after a few jobs and if it breaks it's not the end of the world. I was surprised - it is a proper, heavy, cast iron press! The last one I used costs around £600 + VAT This does an identical job for a fraction of the price. Whether it lasts as long is another matter but it doesn't look or feel like it will fall apart any time soon. With all cap presses I've used, the choice of cap is important. Seams down the front are bad and it's maybe a little large for low profile caps which can crease where they don't go as flat.
