Quality, performance and value.
Another excellent Sirio product. When put on a VNA analyser it gave spot on specs, it's a decent performer for a low price. It's very well made and tuned, seems to have a protective coating on the aluminium parts. Very sturdy mounting plate, low loss N type connector and can fit easily in the loft being relatively small. It doesn't disappoint performance wise, it's an inexpensive solution to making your own. If you are thinking of making this something to take to places with you then I'd suggest making a lighter mounting plate out of aluminium. The stock one is galvanized steel and it's rather heavy. Just a deaf stick
Looking at other reviewers comments I must be doing something wrong, the rubber duck on my 446 out performs this thing, I have it 30 foot up on a mast and it's deaf it's run through RG 213 so no reflected, tested continuity, no shorts, my Diamond D777 which is not tuned for 446 is picking up more than this thing, taking it down after Christmas and binning it.
