1. Payment
Only accept payments through PayPal.
Make sure your shipping address is correct before purchase.
If you buy more than one item out of my shop, please DO NOT pay for anything until I have sent you an adjusted invoice with appropriate postage applied. Otherwise, you may pay more postage costs than necessary.
 
2. Dispatch & Delivery
Local pickup service is not available.
Items are usually dispatched within 48 working hours ( Monday – Friday ) of cleared payment.
Once dispatched orders usually arrive UK destinations within 1-5 working days.
If your parcel is being despatched out of the UK It can take anywhere between 3-15 working days to arrive.
A slight delay in rare cases could be also possible, so please give it around 10 working days before complaining to us that the item hasn't been received as yet.
Royal Mail requires 15 working days = 3 weeks for items to arrive at UK destinations ( 20 working days = 4 weeks for items to arrive at European destinations, 25 working days = 5 weeks for items to arrive at worldwide destinations) before any claim can be made for lost items. We kindly ask that you allow at least this time frame before contacting us regards items which have not arrived. Until this time frame has passed we will not be able issue replacements for orders which have not arrived.
 
Please also check with your local postal facility to ensure they are not holding your package. Many customers locate overdue packages at their local post office.
 
3. Postage & Packaging
Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of this.
If the courier asks you to sign for the goods then please check their condition. If the packaging has been badly damaged or opened then please make a note of this with the courier before signing. Do not reject the goods - you must sign for them and then notify us of any problems.

    Ill-fitting wheel nut covers

    These covers do not fit the wheelnuts properly....were loose and would just fall off had they been used! Understandably, due to the price, these covers were made out of plastic and half painted in a chrome finish. Despite checking that the correct size was ordered for the car model and nut size, the product was unusable, and has ended up in the bin.

    Great product but..

    Excellent quality with good fit and finish, but the plastic tool supplied for removal was totally useless and unable to withstand the stress of pulling the covers off the wheel nuts due to the very snug fit. I now need to carry a pair of long-nose pliers in the toolkit just in case!

    Cover up my rusty nuts making my wheels like decent - whether they are easy to take off is another question - won't know until I have to change a tyre

    Not suitable

    The product delivered was not " Chrome" but plastic and despite being 19mm as described they are not suitable as wheel nut covers for Ford C-Max . To fit the Ford wheel nut they would need to be 18mm !
