I refunded what ebay requested but they left off shipping due to an error in the refund request that caused the hard feelings. Glad Ebay resolved it in the customers favor. It was not my fault. Customer should have gotten the full amount back and ebay corrected it. Still don't deserve anything but a + feedback because I was not required by ebay to even give a refund for an unwanted purchase but I always give one anyhow.

We had a problem with delivery caused by the post office, through no fault of ours. This seller went above and beyond to resolve the problem very quickly.
Product was STILL received before the expected delivery date, even though it was RTS’ed by USPS due to them attempting delivery to the wrong address- all because of this seller’s outstanding and timely follow-up!
Product was exactly as described and packaged wonderfully.
