I used this seller last year, no issues, this time as I ordered letters to match they sent the wrong item, no issues they sent correct item, the 3rd time I used then they again sent me the wrong item and this time wouldn't sent the correct item, they lied and said I was sent the correct item as they checked their CCTV, clearly a lie and then they stopped replying and never issued a refund! Photos of random items I was sent instead of my box letters! Would recommend buying elsewhere
