      Since I broke my hip I have been advised to eat foods containing vitamin D. This is an excellent product both in taste and quality. I sprinkle it in my breakfast cereal every morning!

      Healthy and Delicious :)

      It's got Vitamin D in it, which is such an important vitamin! It also has properties which balance your good and bad cholesterol better, which is also terribly important. If you put a little on your cereal each day it tastes really nice and one packet will last a very long time. What's not to like? :)

      Good for you ....

      Linwood Flaxseed is excellent. This version has vitamin D, more important than ever at the moment. There are also boo cultures which aid digestion. This is an essential addition to breakfast cereal.
